BERLIN, Feb 22 (PRIME) -- Germany’s Federal Network Agency (BNA) cannot say when certification of Russian gas pipeline Nord Stream 2 will resume, a spokesperson for the regulator said on Tuesday.
“I cannot update you on the certification process. The certification process shall remain suspended until the transfer of fixed and personal assets to the subsidiary is completed and the agency can verify completeness of the subsidiary's documents,” the spokesperson said.
“Now we cannot predict when the procedure may be resumed,” the spokesperson said, when asked whether Russia’s recognition of the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk will affect certification.
